Free shipping on orders over $75 across Canada and the US.

Canada

Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $12.00 CAD. Free on orders over $75 CAD.
Express Shipping (5–8 business days): $20.00 CAD.

United States

Standard Shipping (10–18 business days): $7.90 USD. Free on orders over $75 USD.
Express Shipping (7–12 business days): $34.90 USD.

Processing time: 1–3 business days. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order ships. Some shipments may have limited tracking depending on the carrier.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email hello@lightcove.co with photos within 7 days. We will send a free replacement at no cost to you.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.
