How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days to Canada and 10–18 business days to the US. Express shipping takes 5–8 business days (Canada) or 7–12 business days (US). Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Do you ship to the US?

Yes. We ship across Canada and the United States. See our Shipping Policy for rates and delivery times.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customer covers return shipping. To start a return, email hello@lightcove.co with your order number.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us at hello@lightcove.co with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement — no return required.

Where is LightCove based?

We are a Canadian lighting store based in Mississauga, Ontario. All orders are fulfilled through our fulfillment partners.

Are your lamps safe for children's rooms?

Our LED lamps are cool to the touch and contain no open flames. The Globe Candle Warmer Lamp uses a halogen element and should be kept out of reach of small children.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. Restaurants, Airbnb hosts, hotels, and interior designers ordering 5+ pieces receive trade pricing. Email hello@lightcove.co with your project details.

What bulbs do your lamps use?

It depends on the lamp. Our Rice Paper Lanterns use a standard E27 bulb (warm white recommended, 4W–8W). Each product page lists the exact bulb type and wattage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Some shipments may have limited carrier tracking depending on the route. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, email us at hello@lightcove.co.
