If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return Conditions: - Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. - Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. - Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the return. How to Start a Return: Email hello@lightcove.co with your order number and reason for return. We will send return instructions within 24 hours. Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us with photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement - no return required.
