Return & Refund Policy

At LightCove, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and shipping logistics, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your lamp arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lightcove.co with your order number, a clear photo of the damage, and a photo of the packaging. Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
