30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@lightcove.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We will send return instructions within 24 hours.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@lightcove.co with photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement — no return required.

Refunds

Once your return is received, approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
