Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@lightcove.co with clear photos of the damage and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. Once verified, we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
Refund Eligibility
In rare cases where a replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund to your original payment method at our discretion. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
