How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 7–14 business days. Express shipping takes 5–8 business days. Processing adds 1–3 business days before shipment.

Do you ship to the US?

Yes. We ship across Canada and the United States.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email us at hello@lightcove.co with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a free replacement — no return needed.

How long do rechargeable lamps last on a single charge?

Our rechargeable lamps (Wooden Mushroom Lamp) last 8–10 hours per charge depending on brightness level. Full recharge takes about 2.5 hours via USB-C.

Are your lamps safe for children's rooms?

Our LED and rechargeable lamps are cool to the touch and contain no open flames. The Wooden Mushroom Lamp and Wabi-Sabi Stone Lamp are both great options for kids' rooms. The Candle Warmer Lamp uses a halogen element and should be kept out of reach of small children.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. If you're a restaurant, Airbnb host, hotel, or interior designer ordering 5+ pieces, email hello@lightcove.co for bulk pricing.

What bulbs do your lamps use?

It depends on the lamp. Our Rice Paper Lantern uses a standard E26 bulb. The Bamboo Desk Lamp uses an E14 bulb. The Mushroom Lamp and Stone Lamp have integrated LEDs. The Candle Warmer uses a GU10 halogen (included). Each product page lists the exact bulb type.
