Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): Free on orders over $75 CAD. Orders under $75: flat rate $8.99 CAD.

Express Shipping (5–8 business days): $12.99 CAD on all orders.

Processing time: 1–3 business days before shipment. Bulk/wholesale orders ship within 5–7 business days.

Coverage: We ship across Canada and the United States.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns

30-day return policy. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Customer pays return shipping costs.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged in transit? If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@lightcove.co with photos within 48 hours. We'll send a free replacement — no return needed.
